Everyone in the world has one. For Christian radio, there is a common story. Whether expressed through music, preaching, or relevant talk, it's the story of redemption found in Jesus. Then, there are the stories of His followers, stories that develop every day. Those stories are lived out, all over the world. Those stories reflect courage, they reflect ingenuity, they reflect power, and often, they reflect sacrifice. But they all reflect Jesus. But there's a problem.
Christian radio listeners haven't heard them. Not like this.
Too often, those compelling stories are told in written form alone...in newspapers, magazines, and online. Oh...the stories may appear on Christian radio, through on-air banter, or third-person description. The stories may even be told over the phone. But the result is often a listening experience that is, at best, pallid.
Rare is the time that Christian radio listeners listen...with expectation...and find themselves transported into those stories. Rare is the time that they hear those stories told in the first person...in the environment where those stories happen. But that's about to change.
